Sarva wins ‘Most effective Agency of the Year’ at Effies 2014

We have always taken up the position that we are an Effective agency rather than a ‘creative Agency’. So it was with great Pride that we received the title of Most Effective Agency of the Year at the Effie Awards 2014 at the Water’s Edge which was conducted on the 27th of February 2015. What makes this award more special is that we managed to achieve this with just 03 entries which gives us a 100% success rate.The three entries which helped are as follows:

1. Triumph Women’s intimate wear: We managed to achieve a 25% increase in sales by convincing our target audience – who had a negative perception of the brand as they thought it was vulgar – to spend 600% more on buying a quality product. This entry did not receive an award but was showcased as a nominee and was the only entrant in the fashion and retail category to make it to the short list

2. Soft Logic Finance: The fixed deposit campaign we developed for our client and related activity managed to increase the deposit base of the company from 3 Billion to 12 Billion rupees and received a finalist award.

3. Eye Donation Society: An effective activation at the Book fare Colombo for this client on a zero budget enabled them to get the highest number of people signing up to donate their eyes on a single day. This entry received a silver award.

As a globally recognized awards platform the Effie’s maintain very high standards and not all entries make the cut. They have a stringent judging process in place which is on par with international standards. Hence to make it to the short list as a nominee is considered an achievement. This year only 8% of the entries were awarded which makes our win even more special.
