We managed to achieve a 25% increase in sales by convincing our target audience – who had a negative perception of the brand as they thought it was vulgar – to spend 600% more on buying a quality product. This entry did not receive an award at the Effies Sri lanka 2014 but was showcased as a nominee and was the only entrant in the fashion and retail category to make it to the short list.
